AmersfoortSupport when neededHumanitas EemlandYou offer tailor-made support, depending on the energy and mood of the participant. You feel what is possible and helpful and you adjust your expectations easily.Fictional CaseRenate has had energetic complaints for years. The medical cause is unknown. She sometimes has months when she has little to no energy and that besides taking care of herself and her household, there is still a little energy left to walk her dog. She got a dog a few years ago to get herself to at least get out the door every day. When she feels well, she regularly goes to the walk-in to tinker and have a chat. She started working less and less and eventually ended up in the WIA and now has a modest income. She manages financially, but going to a terrace or a theater visit that she always enjoyed is no longer an option. She suspects that this also diluted contact with some of her friends. Some have also not been able to accept that she had to cancel appointments.Volunteer buddy Harm-Jan has known Renate for a while, both in her good and bad times. In the good times there is less contact because Renate does go out herself. She is good at making contact. Keeping contacts is much more difficult. When a less favorable period comes, she often has to cancel appointments. Not everyone understands that. During that period, contact with Harm-Jan is more intensive. Harm-Jan is flexible in making an appointment and at the moment they look together at what is possible.Regularly
