Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Benefits Specialist with Aflac in Lubbock, TX. As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day benefits administration, advising employees on their benefit options, providing insurance support, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in benefits administration
Strong understanding of insurance products and their implications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in relevant software programs and technology platforms
Prior experience in the insurance industry or HR field is a plus
