Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Benefits Specialist located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. As an HR Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering benefits programs to clientele. This includes providing guidance and support to clients regarding benefit options and inquiries, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of benefit regulations are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sales and/or Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Licensed Insurance Producer in the State of California (not mandatory to apply)

Aflac Onboarding Process
